The product doesn't work as advertised. Even though I have a paid up license, the software still displays "trial". Side scrollbars don't work, so I can't get to the section at the bottom of the screen to change the ring tone for a particular sender. I have contacted support and they are slow to respond and are being purposefully obtuse to stall me, and you can't get your money back. Bad stuff.
