HTC Touch Pro HD Rumor

htc_touch_hd_pro_mockup-480x476 They say a picture is worth a thousand words. After looking at the photo to the right however, I think a picture may be worth a lot more!

If you hadn’t heard, HTC released the Touch HD which has a huge 3.8″ WVGA 800 x 480 touch screen, 5mp camera, 3.5 Audio Jack, and all of the other standard HTC Goodness we have come to love. But one thing was missing, the slide out keyboard!

Based on HTC coming out with the Diamond and then developing the Touch Pro off of that same platform, is it unreasonable to think that a “PRO” version of the Touch HD might also be in the works?

This is completely just a rumor with nothing credible to validate this at all. But when you look a the “Mockup” picture to the right , it would appear that HTC would have finally come out with the True iPhone Killer at last! This would easily be the most powerful converged device on the market. Check out after the break for the Touch HD specs to drool over, then picture it with the slide out keyboard!

i would sooo get this above all others if they made this.. (3.5 headphone jack included) Tho it would probably be super expensive, and i’m sure if AT&T got it, they would screw it up somehow

I would have to say that I would blow the money and buy this straight from HTC. I would not wait for an AT&T Branded Device if they picked it up or not.

This would be an iphone killer if microsoft could ever duplicates something like the itunes to make it easy for the non-technical masses to use. I love my Tilt but this would be a killer phone, i just don’t understand why not to make it. I doubt apple would allow ATT to sell it, but I would switch to Sprint or TMobile in a heartbeat for it. Bring it HTC
